Present: Sharon Ludwig, Jessica Sety, Joe Wulczynski, Tracey Rice, Larry Frownfelter, Dave Ferre, Kathy Childs

Discussion and assignments:

Ann Benedict let us know that profits from the Northern Music and Dance Festival in June will benefit the PACA project.

Sharon will make a calendar of events of what's happening around town so that we can have a representative at the cultural activities.

We need to make up a packet for those who will work at those activities to include:
1. The informational tri-fold
2. Buttons to sell
3. E-mail sign up sheets
4. Donation jars

Sharon will get a copy of the cities resolution for the informational tri-fold.

Sharon will talk to Rhonda about the cost to make more buttons.

Dave showed us a web site that he made. He will make a web site for PACA as his donation. Sharon will send him a bio of Liz.

We need a logo. We set a date for a contest. We need the logo by May 1st.

Tracey will write a PACA Progress article.

Our next meeting will be Monday, March 24 at 5pm.
