Sharon Ludwig, Jessica Sety, Tom Bristol and Louise Glenn met with Curt Kelling of the City of Chewelah.

We met with Curt Kelling to determine the PACA course of action. The general result is that PACA is on track but it is essential that PACA have 501c3 incorporation taken care of before setting dates.

We also talked to him about staging the joint Arts Guild/PACA yard sale at the shop building. Sharon will take the request to the city council on Wed, April 2. A city concern will be insurance coverage. Tom will check on Arts Guild and Sharon will check on Community Celebrations (umbrella) insurance.
