Agenda - PACA portion of the yard sale

Minutes
Present: Sharon Ludwig, Tracey Rice, Louise Glenn, Joe Wulcznski, Kathy Childs, Dave Ferre, Tom Bristol

Sharon went through the minutes of the last year and compiled a list of our TO DO's. She then sorted them by what we've done, still working on, and still have to do. A copy is attached. She also made a check list of non profit incorporation things to do. They are also attached.

The combined Arts Guild/PACA yard sale was discussed. It will be May 24th at the city shop building from 8am to 3 pm. We will have it outside in the yard behind the building if the weather permits. We will move into the shop if inclement weather. Dave will be the coordinator, working with Tom, for the yard sale. We can store items in the Community Celebrations warehouse. Tom and Dave have trucks to haul things to the shop before the sale.

Tracey will make flyers and put items in the PACA Progress in the newspaper. Sharon will see if we can use the Community Celebrations tables.

It was suggested that we compile a list of places to advertise, their deadlines, and contact numbers.

Next meeting will be April 14, 5 pm CC building. We will look at the slides of the Cutter Theatre project in Metaline Falls. Joe will bring a projector.
