Minutes
Present: Larry Frownfelter, Don McLaughlin, Tom Bristol, Tracey Rice, Sharon Ludwig, Janet McLaughlin, Joe Wulzcynski, Dave Ferre, Kathy Childs, Clark Strubar

We discussed the basic needs of a building to be able to occupy it. They include:

1. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for entries, exits, bathrooms
2. Heating and cooling
3. Liability insurance

Tom talked about the different phases that the building could be built in. We talked about what was the minimum that we would like to have to be able to function. The plans are on the web site. As changes are made, Tom and Dave will update the web site, http://chewelahpaca.org.

Evan though we all realize that we will have to compromise, but we feel that it’s important to discuss everyone’s wants and needs for a useful performing arts center.

We will meet again May 19, 5pm, place to be determined later. The group that is working on the 501c3 will start meeting this week. If you would like to help with that, let Louise Glenn know. She’s at the Chamber of Commerce, 214 East Main Ave. Chewelah, most mornings.
