Steering Committee Meeting, Monday, April 28, 2008, 5pm Minutes
We discussed the basic needs of a building to be able to occupy it. They include: 1. Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for entries, exits, bathrooms
Tom talked about the different phases that the building could be built in. We talked about what was the minimum that we would like to have to be able to function. The plans are on the web site. As changes are made, Tom and Dave will update the web site, http://chewelahpaca.org.
Evan though we all realize that we will have to compromise, but we feel that its important to discuss everyones wants and needs for a useful performing arts center.
We will meet again May 19, 5pm, place to be determined later. The group that is working on the 501c3 will start meeting this week. If you would like to help with that, let Louise Glenn know. Shes at the Chamber of Commerce, 214 East Main Ave. Chewelah, most mornings.
